Students studying Chinese at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø High School took a field trip to Potasia Hotpot in Plainview. For a lot of students it is their first time eating hot pot. They learned to use chopsticks, cooked their meal in the hotpot, tried and tasted different sauces, and practiced their Chinese language skills.
